TERMS OF AGREEMENT
DEPOSIT / ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all events. An event is not considered booked until we have received your deposit. The deposit will apply towards the amount due and is refundable when we are given a minimum of 15 days written notice of cancellation. 50% of the deposit is refundable with 15 days written notice.
Final payment is required before final Contract.
Whilst every effort will be made to provide the exact menu ordered, Catering Services reserves the right to substitute any product with a suitable alternative.
All Group Leaders will have to appoint a responsible person to receive the Food and will provide a contact telephone number of the person on-site during the event.
Group leader will be responsible of any Hotel Management issues and Policies, foodmatters can provide Meal at the doorstep or nearest point of the Hotel/building.

Dinner: 08:30PM After Namaz e Isha
